Ordering and Payment

You can browse our bean bags anytime on our website. To order, pick your product and submit your name, address, email, and phone number through our form. We’ll give you a call/message to confirm the order details, like the product, size, and delivery info. Once confirmed, we’ll set up delivery, and payment is made in cash when your bean bag arrives. Prices are listed on the site, but we’ll double-check them during the call. If an order can’t be fulfilled (like if a product is out of stock), we’ll let you know right away and work to fix it.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your SofiBeanbag! If something’s wrong—like the bean bag is damaged or not what you ordered—let us know within 7 days of delivery. You can call/message or email us, and we’ll sort it out. We’ll check the issue and, if it’s on us, arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost. Since payments are cash on delivery, any refunds will be handled in cash or bank transfer, depending on what works best. Please note, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, so double-check your order during our confirmation call.
